Lindley is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (DE) with a Masters degree in
Counseling from Regent University. She has practiced counseling in
outpatient, home, community and school environments, working with
adolescents, adults, couples and families. She is also certified to
provide Prepare-Enrich marriage and premarital assessment and counseling.
Lindley believes every individual has great value and potential to grow,
regardless of things that have happened in their past, or how they
currently feel. She views counseling as a very important relationship
between the client and counselor where they walk together through a season
of life, working to meet the clients goals. Though she has a personal
relationship with God and believes that the Holy Spirit is the ultimate
vehicle for change and growth, she integrates spirituality and faith with
counseling only as clients lead or request.
Some specific issues Lindley commonly works with include the following:
depression, anxiety, communication coaching, conflict resolution, stress
management, eating disorders, womens issues, self-injury, pre-marital
counseling, anger management, social skills training, childhood behavior
and marriage and family therapy.
Outside of the office, Lindley enjoys cooking, traveling, drinking coffee,
spending time with friends and family, being outside, and reading. She
lives in southeastern Pennsylvania with her husband. Some of her favorite
authors include Donald Miller, Rob Bell, C.S. Lewis, Henri Nouwen and
Brennan Manning.
